In September 2024, the Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the consulting firm MindForest, published a practical guide on "how to attract, integrate and retain young talents". We meet Guy Kerger, Founder and managing partner, as well as change management consultant Carole Brochard of MindForest, a company specialised in "change management", at their offices. What immediately catches the eye are the walls and whiteboards of the open space that overflow with sticky notes – an obvious indication of afternoons filled with buzzing brainstorming sessions.
